Wedding Policies


    1. Only birdseed for greeting the wedding parties and only outdoors.

    2. No alcohol before or during ceremony by anyone in wedding party.

    3. Fees must be paid at time of reservation. Fees paid are not refundable.
                    Only weddings where fee has been received are given a guaranteed
                   date. Payment Plan reservation is cancelled if payments are missed.

    4.  We guarantee 1-hour preparation before the service for decoration.
                    More time may be available upon request.

    5. Weddings that are more than 15 minutes late will require additional
                   organist, pastor and room fees to be paid before the ceremony begins

    6. If the sanctuary is reserved directly after your wedding, a delay
                    may not be possible.

    7. The first 20 minute wedding consultation is complimentary. All other
                    meetings will be scheduled after full payment is made.
                   Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm, 1pm - 7pm

    8. Seasonal decorations may be in the sanctuary which cannot be removed.   
                   Known dates include December 1 - January 15, October 1 -15. Please check with the wedding host.
